Seour Sotheara gave baby girl

Soeur Sotheara, who is actress and Sapoun Midada’s wife, just had a baby girl on January 21, 2011 at around 9:30 am at Royal Ratanak Hospital in Phnom Penh. She got married to Hang Meas production’s singer, Sampoun Midada, more than 1 year. After conceiving, her and her baby are healthy.

New year, a couple got a big gift from God. During having pregnancy, Sotheara is appearing in her acting. So, we wish her and baby good health.

Khmer Stars mourned the deceased on Koh Pich leisure site

Khmer singers, actress and actors were dressed in white shirts and black trousers and skirts in order to mourn hundreds of Cambodian people who died at leisure site on Koh Pich Island bridge (suspension bridge) at the final stage of annual water festival in Phnom Penh on November 22, 2010. In addition, the government issued announcement to all private and public staff to mark mourning ceremony to the bodies on November 25 across the nation.

So far, most of the bodies were sent to their homeland by the government’s efforts and the government also offers 5,000,000 riel to each the deceased. And there are two local television collection contributions through TV fundraisings (Bayon and CTN Channels) in order to help the family members of the deceased.

We, Cambodians, participate in sharing sincere condolences with all family members of victims and the deceased in unprecedented incident. By the way, Cambodia’s government is taking strong attention to all family members of the victims.

Sapoun Midada: my wife will not deliver baby abroad

As planned, a couple of Khmer artists, Sapoun Midada and Seour Sotheara, left to perform in European countries for two months but it was because of their success, they extended until 4 moths. A pair returned to Cambodia on July 29, 2010.

Sapoun Midada said that “it is the first time to perform together abroad with my wife. It is really successful because I performed in many countries in European countries such as France, Spain, German, Austria, Belgium, and Netherland. But a part of income from permanence is contributed to child orphans.”

Departing abroad this time, Sapoun Midada received both performing success and family because his wife has 4-month pregnancy.

Midada added that “if a comparison between the past and the present is far different. My first pleasure is my wedding celebration and then my wife told me that she got pregnant.”

It is remarkably noticed that a lifestyle of a couple is better than before. Therefore, some fellow artists said that Midada has plan to send his wife to have baby abroad.

In response to this matter, Midada said that “there are many professional clinics and doctors in Cambodia, so my wife will conceive in our country but not sure which clinic I will choose yet.”

After returning to Cambodia, Sotheara does not plan to sing at concerts of any local television channels because she needs to take a rest for taking care of her health and baby. Sotheara got married

The popular singer, Sapoun Midada, and movie performer, Seour Sotheara, are scheduled to get married on December 11-13, 2009, which will be traditionally celebrated with 700 guests at Nagaworld.
